We return withdrawals to the original payment method wherever possible. Where this is not possible, we transfer your funds to a verified bank account in your name. Your full balance can be withdrawn at any time, subject to a maximum payout of GBP 250,000 per wager or game round; this limit excludes progressive jackpots. Progressive jackpot wins under GBP 1,000,000 are credited within 48 hours, while wins above that threshold may take up to 60 days to process.
